Hello prof thank you for the insight but How can I deal with a situation where I am given a leadership position. But it’s a new position in the organization that I have to set up my own committee. but the people I appoint and lead undermine me. I fear to stand tiff because they will hate me that they can’t relate with me well yet I have to work with them well to build the office since it’s a new one and there is no working plan and policies. But then when am soft they disrespect me.
